1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing G2Listing or placing an order with G2Listing Inc. (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

G2Listing is a digital services marketplace offering products such as review response writing, content writing, SEO audits, and related professional services. Orders may be placed without creating an account; access to order details is provided via a unique Tracking Number.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that information you provide (including payment details and contact data) is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Orders & Acceptance

• Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected service at the displayed price (subject to coupons, tax, and applicable fees).
• We may accept, reject, or request clarification on any order (for example, unclear briefs, suspected fraud, or unsupported scope).
• A Tracking Number and invoice are generated when an order is successfully created. Work typically begins after payment verification.

5. Pricing & Coupons

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site. Coupons (such as WELCOME10) are subject to their own rules, including minimum order amounts, expiration, and usage limits. Bulk discounts may be offered at our discretion.

6. Payments

We accept Cryptocurrency, Payoneer, and Upwork as configured. You are responsible for sending the correct amount and providing a valid transaction ID and payment screenshot. Orders remain pending verification until payment is confirmed. Chargebacks, reversed transfers, or fraudulent proofs may result in cancellation and account restrictions.

7. Delivery & Turnaround

Estimated turnaround times are approximate and may vary based on quantity, complexity, revisions, and queue. Delivery files and status updates are provided through your tracking dashboard. You agree to review delivered work promptly and request revisions within a reasonable period.

8. Revisions

Most services include reasonable unlimited revisions related to the original brief. Revisions that materially expand scope, change the product type, or require new research may be treated as a new order or require additional fees.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate briefs, brand guidelines, and access materials needed to complete the work
• Ensure you have rights to any content, trademarks, or data you upload
• Keep your Tracking Number confidential; anyone with the number may access order communications and files
• Use delivered content in compliance with third-party platform rules (e.g., G2, Capterra, Trustpilot)

10. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered work for your business purposes. Until payment is verified, all work product remains our property. You grant us a limited license to use uploaded materials solely to fulfill your order.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing purposes; to manipulate reviews in violation of platform policies; or to attempt unauthorized access to systems, other customers’ orders, or admin areas.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific ranking, reputation score, or business outcomes. Platform policies of third parties are outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G2Listing Inc. and its team from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

15. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to G2Listing Inc.’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
